Personalised Items
All personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. Please ensure that spelling, grammar, and design details are correct at the time of ordering, as we engrave what is provided.
If your personalised item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Personalised Items – 30-Day Returns
For all non-personalised items, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided:
✅ The item is unused and in its original packaging.
✅ The item is in resaleable condition.
✅ You contact us before returning the item.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We may ask for photos of the issue before processing a replacement or refund.
If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned item.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at sales@britishmilitarystore.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Package the item securely and send it back using a tracked service
(we recommend Royal Mail Tracked). - Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 working days.
