British Military Store & British Military Gifts will always aim to ship your non glassware/button orders within two working days. From time to time this may take a little longer depending on any bespoke options and the amount of custom engraving involved.
Glassware & buttons are sent twice a week.
Lighters can sometimes be referred to a Royal Mail centre to be checked to ensure no flammable liquids are present and if this happens it can delay post by about 3-4 weeks (however this is extremely rare), we can only issue a refund if you have not received the products after 4 weeks.
We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries however we may opt to send this by an alternative carrier if you require a special delivery service then please get in touch with us as we may be able to offer an alternative. We are unable to add any notes to packages as these are delivered in the normal post.
Royal Mail will only allow us to submit a claim once 10 working days have passed from the initial planned delivery date.
With the current ongoing strikes delays are more common, most items do reach customers within a few working days.
Items shipped internationally may take longer than expected to reach you due to customs in each country, we still aim to ship within two working days however it can take up to a month to be delivered. If the country you are ordering from charges for imports/tax this will be your responsibility.
