NAMIC Cambodia 1991-1992 United Nations Medal Ribbon – Full Size – 6 Inch Length
This ribbon represents the United Nations Advance Mission in Cambodia (UNAMIC), established in October 1991 to assist in the implementation of the Paris Peace Agreements and to prepare for the larger UNTAC mission. UNAMIC operated until March 1992, focusing on peacekeeping, mine awareness, and supporting the ceasefire.
The ribbon design features a light blue background (the UN colour) with a central red stripe flanked by yellow and dark blue stripes, symbolising peace, Cambodia’s national colours, and international cooperation.
This replacement ribbon is 6 inches long and cut to the standard 32mm full-size medal width, making it suitable for restoring or mounting original UN medals.
