Chrome finish petrol/oil cigarette lighter can be

  The lighters are of course re-fillable but for safety reasons they are supplied without fuel.

 Fuel is very cheap and can be purchased at most newsagents and supermarkets.

 Everything else is supplied ( flint, wick,  etc )

 Each lighter comes securely packaged in a black display box.
